Ab Lab – This is a short core training session that is added to different classes to strengthen your Abs and Lower Back.

Group Power – Here is a class where it is your “hour of power”. This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple athletic moves such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

Boot Camp – Basic sports drills and challenges combined with a disciplined leader, will help you reach new levels of fitness. Each week the format may be altered slightly to further challenge the class participants. Beware…This class is not for the faint of heart!

Kick Boxing with Abs – A great upper body challenge that uses boxing techniques to tone and tighten the upper body, while teaching foot speed and balance. This class also includes a killer core workout to finish off the whole body!

Cardio Kickbox – A challenging non contact cardio workout that includes throwing punches, kicking, and blocking. Cardio Kickbox, an empowering experience!

Pilates / Ball – A series of mat exercises that are based on the classic methodology of Joseph Pilates. The class focuses on increasing strength and awareness of the core, incorporating stability, flexibility and balance.

Step Combo – Using a classic step platform, you will experience a challenging and fun workout. The class will include choreographed combinations with other traditional aerobics moves that will be sure to keep you motivated!

Step / Beginner – A great intro into the fun of the classic step class. This is a great class to get started with group fitness.

Yoga – Traditional Yoga poses are presented to incorporate your mind and body working together. This class is an effective way to familiarize your self with the foundations of Yoga.
